1. The blower is not turned on. |

3. Biological organisms in tank have died due to use of unauthorized cleaning agents or anti-bacterial chemicals. |
3. Discontinue use of unauthorized chemicals and add 2 oz. of Formula 101 per 500 gallons. |

4. Design capacity is being exceeded. |
